Hi! I am Kerstin, the owner and photographer of Kandid By K Photography. You can call me "Kay" or Kerstin (kEAR-stin), it's okay rarely anyone says it correctly the first time. *Thanks mom* I'm not just your typical caffeine-addict, adventure seeking, passionate mom-tog, I really try to connect with each of my clients on every level (although I will def. have coffee in my hand while doing it). I want to be the best fit for you as much as I'd love you to be the best fit for my photography. My plan for your experience is to get to know you and bring that emotional connection out in each photograph. The love and bond you have with the person/people you're doing your shoot with will shine through every image.

 So here is a tidbit about myself. I have been with my husband for 10 years now, and he's the best life and business partner. If you see a bearded man following me around, don't worry that's my husband/videographer. Together we made the three loves of our lives. This sensitive, passionate, hilarious little boy we call Aaron. Our oldest, my first baby. You won't see much of him unless I'm making a post about photographer's child syndrome. He loathes the camera, I ruined him taking themed pictures every month for his first year. My second little boy, Easton, now that's the camera hog. He's constantly smiling and saying "cheeeeese" whenever he sees my camera. Off camera, he's my sour patch kid, first sour then sweet. Constantly testing, but I have this huge soft spot for him. He does no wrong. My third, oh God knew I needed a girl, My little Evie. She's still new and I love her so much. Literally the sweetest.  As a family, we're always on the go just making sure we experience life at the fullest. In fact, we currently are living in a Glamper. Yes the five of us, jam packed in a camper. Follow my insta to get updates on that chaos. So Photography has been my little oasis, where time is still and life is calm.  You may think your husband is being a pain (because NO husband wants to be there, I can promise you that) or your child is running wild but I'm loving it so stop apologizing! It is what I live for outside of my own family. It's true, do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. I live for the craziness.
